6. The Company reserves the right at any time to change, replace or renew the vehicle booked or advertised in order to
maintain The Companies high standard. The replacement vehicle would be of the same type and colour as originally booked
by The Hirer.
7. The consumption of food of any kind is not permitted inside the vehicle.
8. Alcoholic drinks supplied by The Company may be consumed within the vehicle and must not be removed from it at any time.
9.The Hirer shall be fully responsible and liable for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle by The Hirer or any member of The Hirer's party , howsoever caused. This includes incitement to any third party which results in damage to the vehicle or it's contents. The Hirer accepts liability for the total retail cost of the vehicle by a repairer chosen by The Company. In addition The Hirer will be required to pay a fixed daily rate (determined by The Company) while the vehicle is out of commission for such repairs and be liable for any further incurred losses, e.g. lost bookings.
10. Acceptable behaviour is expected at all times to allow the driver to concentrate on the safely operation of the vehicle. The Company or it's representative (e.g. The Chauffeur) reserves the right to refuse entry to the vehicle to any person they deem unfit for any reason and to refuse to continue the journey if any person behaves in a manner which may be detrimental to other persons or to the vehicle and it's contents.
11.A £150 valeting charge will be levied for cleaning made necessary by The Hirer or his party caused by food, drink, illness or other misuse or the full cost of cleaning whichever is higher.
12.Any extra request or alterations to the booking (e.g. additional pick-up points, change of venue causing extra mileage or time, etc.)
not made at the time of booking or confirmation may necessarily be accommodated. Although every effort will be made to meet the The Hirer's requirements any such alterations might require a supplementary fee to be paid.
13. Once a booking is made and confirmed and deposit paid the price quoted to The Hirer will not be subject to alteration unless there is any deviation from the details of the booking (see condition 12).
