TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE (PAGE 3)
14. Where The Company's discretion is exercised their decisions will be full and final and binding in all matters.
15. Hire time will be deemed to have started at the time that the first vehicle leaves The Company's premises to the time that the last vehicle returns.
16. The Hirer is liable for any damage to glassware at a replacement cost of £10 per glass.
17. By making or confirming a booking The Hirer accepts these terms and conditions and enters into a binding contract with The Company.
18. Due to insurance restrictions and regulations our limousines have been designated NON SMOKING. Any infringement of this policy will deem the rental invalid, all moneys paid will be forfeited and the rental terminated immediately.
19.Any over run of booked time must be paid for at the time of rental, in cash at £50 per hour (full hours only).
20.Any payment made by credit or debit card is subject to a 2% booking fee, American Express is 3%
